SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 1, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- GoodLeap, LLC, America's leading technology for financing and software products to deploy sustainable solutions, announced the closing of GoodLeap Home Improvement Solutions Trust 2024-1, a securitization sponsored by CIGPF I Corp with Citigroup as sole structuring agent. This is the first issuance backed solely by home improvement loans and is backed by $428.8 million in principal balance originated by GoodLeap. The securitization received ratings from Kroll Bond Rating Agency. Joint bookrunners included BofA Securities, CIBC Capital Markets, and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC. GoodLeap's home improvement loan program launched in 2021 with a focus on financing projects that provide homeowners with energy and water efficiency upgrades.
