Karkhanis is a tech veteran who joins the business intelligence and analytics firm from Salesforce, where he spent over a decade as a manager and executive during two non-consecutive stints, including as EVP and GM of Sales Cloud from April 2022 to September 2024. Harbert brings over 20 years of marketing experience, and was most recently the CMO at Delphix. Couchbase made the hiring announcement as part of its second quarter financial results. The company recorded $51.6 million in revenue, a 20% increase compared to the same period last year.
